Yesterday Geraghty had a post containing a graph of presidential approval polls. I’ll have to dredge around to find the link, will update.
However, the interesting thing about the graph was that where the bulk of Americans disapprove of Obama, liberal approval was high. Conversely, when moderate and conservative Americans approved, liberal approval went down. It was really striking, though not the topic of Geraghty’s discussion.
The video linked above raised discussion at Hot Air about whether or not liberals want America to fail, and a couple posters said success and failure must be defined. I can’t define them for liberals, but the approval chart supports the idea that conservatives and liberals have very different definitions of success.
